Complimenting this beachside location, we want to create a respectful, vibrant and integrated neighbourhood village that local residents are proud to visit and call their own. To do this, OP Properties has partnered with Brightwater Care Group to co-develop a proposed three to four storey village precinct with basement parking, that will deliver currently missing elements to the local community, including, housing options in the form of apartments and retirement living units, and local amenity in the form of small shops, cafés and restaurants fronting the exclusive O’Mara Boulevard. 

Following significant consultation with the authorities that saw our development plans evolve in response to their feedback, we are now conducting pre-lodgement community consultation, and want to talk to you and get your feedback on our vision for your future village.

In addition to the information provided on this website, we will be conducting two Community Consultation Drop-In Sessions which will allow you to meet and talk to the project architect, town planner and developer, should you wish. 

Following this community consultation period, high level strategic planning applications will be lodged in June which will take approximately twelve to eighteen months to be assessed by the authorities before the next stages (Development Applications, project marketing and construction) can progress.
